Program and Project Management of Los Gatos Capital Improvement Program

The Town of Los Gatos is seeking a qualified consultant to provide program and project management services for its Capital Improvement Program (CIP). The selected consultant will be responsible for managing the entire CIP, coordinating all aspects of project delivery, and providing professional engineering, project management, contract administration, and program delivery services. The consultant will also be required to provide personnel with expertise in project management, engineering and design, construction management, financial management, and community engagement. • The consultant will manage the CIP and coordinate all aspects of project delivery. • The consultant will provide professional engineering, project management, contract administration, and program delivery services. • The consultant will assist with managing projects through all phases of delivery, including project planning, environmental review, design coordination, permitting, procurement, construction administration, budget management, stakeholder coordination, and project closeout. • The consultant will provide personnel with expertise in project management, engineering and design, construction management, financial management, and community engagement. • The consultant will be required to provide regular progress reports and updates to Town staff. • The consultant will be required to adhere to all Town policies and procedures. • The consultant will be required to provide ongoing training and professional development for assigned personnel.
