Description
The New York Army National Guard is seeking a contractor to provide catering services, specifically cooking on-site, at the Camp Smith Training Site in Cortlandt Manor, NY. The contractor will be required to provide meals for a period of 23 days, from March 5, 2026, to March 27, 2026. The contractor must provide all necessary documents to prove compliance with the Performance Work Statement and must meet all aspects of the RFQ. The award will be made to the lowest responsible offer that can meet all aspects of the RFQ and is registered as a small business in www.sam.gov.
• The contractor must provide hot breakfast meals, bag lunch meals, and hot dinner meals for both ADT-MNOT and IDT-AT.
• The contractor must ensure that all meals are in compliance with the provided menu and meet the quality standards described in the Performance Work Statement.
• The contractor must have a completed copy of FAR 52.204-26 and must return it with their quote.
• The contractor must comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including those related to labor, employment, and environmental protection.
