Description
The Department of Veterans Affairs intends to award a sole source contract to Siemens Medical Solutions USA, Inc. for preventative maintenance and repair services for Siemens imaging equipment at the Northport VA Medical Center. The contract will include a full-service agreement with authorized/trained technicians, travel, labor, equipment, tools, and materials. The period of performance is from July 1, 2026, to June 30, 2027, with four option years. Interested parties may submit their interest and capability to respond to this requirement by April 10, 2026. The key requirements of the job include:
• Providing preventative maintenance and repair services for Siemens imaging equipment
• Including authorized/trained technicians, travel, labor, equipment, tools, and materials in the full-service agreement
• Supporting the equipment and software in place as required
• Providing telephone and remote diagnostic support
• Offering software updates to the hardware and software in place as required
