Burden Museum & Gardens LA Light Show Maintenance - Term Contract

The Louisiana State University and Agricultural & Mechanical College is seeking bids for the installation, maintenance, and removal of the Louisiana Lights at the Burden Museum & Gardens. The contract will be for a term of 12 months, with the option to renew for two additional 12-month periods. The supplier will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and removing the lights and elements, as well as providing power cords and timers. The supplier must also provide references for at least three contracts held, with at least one contract being for a similar size production. Key features of the job include: • Installation of the LA Light Show 2026 must be completed by November 15, 2026 • Take-down of the LA Light Show 2026 must be completed by February 28, 2027 • Maintenance of the Louisiana Lights will be on an as-needed basis • The supplier must provide hourly rates for installation, takedown, and maintenance • The supplier must provide references for at least three contracts held, with at least one contract being for a similar size production
