Ryan White Part B Third Party Administrator (TPA) Implementation

The Mississippi State Department of Health is seeking a Third-Party Administrator (TPA) to manage the Ryan White Part B program, which provides medical and support services to individuals living with HIV/AIDS. The TPA will be responsible for insurance benefit management, pharmacy benefit management, rebate administration, clinical programs, and eligibility management. The contract will be awarded to the lowest responsible and responsive bidder. The TPA will provide services including: • Insurance benefit management • Pharmacy benefit management • Rebate administration • Clinical programs • Eligibility management The TPA will also provide monthly and quarterly reports on adherence, utilization, and performance to enhance data-driven decision-making. The contractor will be required to have prior experience in providing similar services, possess necessary certifications and licenses, and demonstrate financial stability.
