Description
The California Department of Corrections and Rehabilitation is seeking bids for emergency biological cleaning services. The contractor will be responsible for providing cleaning, sanitizing, and disinfecting services to various locations. The contract will be for a term of approximately 3 years, with the option to extend. The contractor must have the necessary knowledge, skills, and resources to perform the work in accordance with industry standards and state regulations.
• The contractor will be compensated based on the rates specified in the Exhibit B-1, Rate Sheet.
• The contractor must respond to requests for services within 48 hours of notification.
• The contractor must provide proactive viral pathogen disinfecting/cleaning of facilities, indoors and outdoors, as necessary.
• The contractor must maintain compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations.
• The contractor must comply with all Cal/OSHA and federal OSHA requirements specific to worker safety.
