Macroeconomics Data Forecasting Tool

The Office of the Comptroller of the Currency (OCC) is seeking a firm-fixed-price commercial contract for subscription access to a web-based macroeconomic forecasting and analytical platform. The required subscription shall provide historical and forecast economic, financial, and demographic data at the national, state, and Metropolitan Statistical Area (MSA) levels, as well as written economic analysis and commentary. The contract will consist of a one-year base period and four one-year option periods. • The contractor must provide a database with at least 1,500 economic, financial, or demographic data series at the national level, and at least 500 data series at both the state and MSA levels. • The contractor must provide forecasts of economic, financial, and demographic data at the national, state, and MSA levels, with a minimum of a five-year time horizon. • The contractor must provide written analysis and commentary of key economic and financial trends at the national level on at least a weekly basis, and at the state and MSA levels at least three times a year. • The contractor must provide data export capabilities, an Excel add-in, and application programming interface (API) access. • The contractor must provide customer support and annual user training.
