Description
The United States Department of Agriculture (USDA) is seeking a short-term office rental in Rowan County, North Carolina. The rental should have a minimum of 1,000 to a maximum of 2,500 square feet, office space for 7 people, 4 private offices, 3 workstations, a storage room, 2 separate restrooms, a conference room, and parking for 4 visitors, 7 employees, and 1 government vehicle. The space should be move-in ready, meet the International Building Code and Americans with Disabilities Act requirements, and have access to telephone and internet services. The contract will be for a base year of 12 months with 4 possible option years.
• The office space must be located within Rowan County, NC.
• The space must have a minimum of 1,000 to a maximum of 2,500 square feet.
• The space must include 4 private offices and 3 workstations.
• The space must have a storage room/area of at least 250 square feet.
• The space must have a minimum of two separate restrooms providing at least one restroom dedicated to each gender.
• The space must include a conference room large enough to hold meetings with at least 7 attendees.
• The space must be available for a base year of 12 months, with a possible four option years.
• The space must meet the minimum requirements identified in the International Building Code for office space occupancies.
• The space must meet Americans with Disabilities Act requirements.
