Description
The Haddonfield Board of Education is seeking a qualified vendor to provide psychiatric evaluation services and related mental‑health support for students from preschool through grade 12 on a per‑case basis. The contract will cover direct clinical services (in‑person or telehealth), consultation, parent/teacher education, and participation in Individualized Education Program (IEP) or Individualized Service Plan (ISP) meetings. Vendors must submit qualified staff credentials, demonstrate experience with New Jersey public schools, and meet extensive insurance and background‑check requirements. Evaluation will consider staff qualifications, prior experience, ability to perform the work, cost, and overall proposal quality.
