The U.S. Embassy in Windhoek is seeking a contractor to provide domestic cleaning services at several leased and owned U.S. Embassy residences in Windhoek. The contractor will be responsible for performing all domestic cleaning services, including furnishing all labor, materials, equipment, and services. The contract will be an Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) type of contract for a period of 5 years, with a base year and four one-year options to renew. • The contractor will be required to provide all necessary cleaning supplies and equipment. • The contractor will be responsible for quality control and will be required to perform inspection visits to the work site on a regular basis. • The contractor will be required to maintain work schedules and deliver standard services between the hours of 07h30AM and 16h45PM on Mondays through Thursday and 7h30AM to 12h00PM on Fridays. • The contractor will be required to provide a list of personnel who will be working under the contract, and the Government will run background checks on these individuals.
