Contract Management and Purchasing of Laboratory Reagents and Supplies

The City of Philadelphia is seeking a vendor to provide contract management and purchasing of laboratory reagents and supplies for the Public Health Laboratory. The selected vendor will be responsible for developing contracts with laboratory suppliers, ordering and paying for reagents and supplies, and providing monthly invoices and fee reports to the Public Health Laboratory. The contract will have a term of one year with four optional one-year renewal terms. The City is looking for a vendor that can provide the best value in terms of cost, quality, and timeliness of services. • The vendor must have experience in contract management and purchasing of laboratory reagents and supplies. • The vendor must be able to develop contracts with laboratory suppliers and manage the ordering and payment process. • The vendor must be able to provide monthly invoices and fee reports to the Public Health Laboratory. • The vendor must be able to ensure the timely delivery of reagents and supplies to the Public Health Laboratory. • The vendor must be able to provide high-quality services and products.
