Description
The US Army Corps of Engineers is seeking a contractor to perform grounds maintenance at the Albeni Falls Dam Project. The contractor will be responsible for providing all necessary personnel, equipment, supplies, and services to maintain the grounds. The contract will be a firm fixed price contract, and the award will be made to the responsible quoter who provides the lowest price and is found acceptable based on the past performance evaluation factor.
• The contractor must be registered in the System for Awards Management (SAM) and have a current Cybersecurity Maturity Model Certification (CMMC) status at Level 1 (Self) or higher.
• The contractor must provide pricing for all items in the solicitation and meet the minimum requirements.
• The contractor must submit a signed and dated Standard Form 1449, a completed pricing information form, and a past performance questionnaire (if applicable).
• The contractor must also provide a list of customers to whom a past performance questionnaire has been sent.
