Description
The Maryland Health Benefit Exchange is seeking bids for an Eleven Labs Enterprise Subscription. The subscription will provide access to ElevenLabs' products, including Text-to-Speech, Speech-to-Speech, Speech-to-Text, Instant Voice Cloning, and more. The successful bidder will be required to provide a subscription for a 12-month period, with the option to upgrade to a different tier during the contract term. The contract will commence on the date of full execution by both parties and will run for 12 months. The Maryland Health Benefit Exchange reserves the right to cancel this IFB, accept or reject any and all bids, and waive or permit cure of minor irregularities.
Some key features of the contract include:
* Access to ElevenLabs' products, including Text-to-Speech, Speech-to-Speech, Speech-to-Text, and more
* A 12-month subscription period
* The option to upgrade to a different tier during the contract term
* A minimum fee commitment of $87,600 per year or $7,300 per month
* Additional usage volume will be charged at a Flexible Usage Rate
* Payment terms include invoicing on the start date and on the same day every month thereafter, with payment due within 30 days of the invoice date.
Some key requirements for bidders include:
* Being authorized to resell subscriptions of Eleven Labs
* Submitting a bid that includes all required documentation, including a transmittal letter, minimum qualifications documentation, and a bid price form
* Agreeing to accept payments by electronic funds transfer if selected for contract
* Registering using the COT/GAD X-10 Vendor Electronic Funds (EFT) Registration if selected for contract.
