Description
The Kentucky Board of Medical Licensure is seeking a legal services provider to represent the board in various legal matters, including complaints or petitions. The selected provider will be responsible for rendering legal services, including appearance in court hearings, presenting oral arguments and written briefs, and aggressively pursuing or defending against actions. The provider will also be required to schedule and conduct conferences, prepare and issue court filings, and engage in legal research and preparation of defense in coordination with the board's counsel.
• Provide legal counsel and representation to the Kentucky Board of Medical Licensure
• Render legal services in complaints or petitions, including appearance in court hearings and presenting oral arguments and written briefs
• Schedule and conduct conferences, prepare and issue court filings, and engage in legal research and preparation of defense
• Provide hourly rate schedule for professional legal services
• Disclose any conflicts of interest or prior relationships with the board or its members
