Description
The Defense Health Agency Contracting Activity (DHACA) intends to award a firm-fixed-price purchase order for a VuMAX HD BScan/UBM/A scan Imaging System to support the operational requirements of the NMRTC Camp Pendleton. The system is required to replace an obsolete Sonomed Escalon ultrasound system. The procurement is being executed as a sole source due to the lack of reasonable expectation of receiving offers from two or more SDVOSB concerns. The key requirements of the system include meeting the government's minimum requirements, being compatible with the existing maintenance schedule, and providing seamless continuity of care.
