Zero-Emission Electric Top Loaders at the Port of Los Angeles

The City of Los Angeles Harbor Department has been awarded EPA funding for the Port of Los Angeles Clean Ports Program, which focuses on deploying zero emissions port equipment at the Port of Los Angeles. This RFP is for the procurement and deployment of nine battery-electric top loaders, which shall be delivered at the APM Terminal Pier 400. The selected Proposer will be required to provide equipment commissioning, telematics, training, warranty, and grant reporting. The contract resulting from this RFP will be with APM Terminals, not with the Harbor Department.
