The State Courts System (SCS) is seeking a qualified architectural and engineering firm to assess and recommend security upgrades at the 5th District Court of Appeal building in Daytona Beach, Florida. The selected firm will be responsible for providing a needs assessment, site/building assessment, feasibility study, and other related services. The contract will be awarded based on a total cost per task/deliverable basis, and the contractor will be compensated for their services.
