Budget estimate

$50,000,000 – $60,000,000

The budget for this project can be estimated based on the bid deposit, which is 5% of the bid. Assuming the total bid amount is around $55,000,000 (based on the bid deposit of $2,750,000), the budget for the project could be in the range of $50,000,000 to $60,000,000. This estimate is rough and may vary depending on various factors such as the actual bid amount, project complexity, and contractor's expenses.
