Marching Band Uniforms

The School District of Greenville County is seeking sealed fixed price bids for marching band uniforms. The district has approximately 78,000 students and 11,000 employees, and consists of more than 100 schools, career centers, and other facilities. The successful vendor will be expected to provide new marching band uniforms for the district's 15 high schools on a 7-year rotation cycle. The vendor must have at least 5 years of experience in designing, constructing, and providing marching band uniforms. The contract will be for one year with the option to extend for up to 5 years. The district prefers a vendor who can provide excellent customer support, including a designated area representative who can provide onsite customer service. • The vendor must provide a uniform care manual and a uniform hanger with each uniform. • The vendor must ensure that each uniform jacket and bibber has a unique number designation. • The vendor must provide inside tags with garment care and size information. • The vendor must deliver uniform items within 180 calendar days of receipt of purchase order. • The vendor must provide pricing that includes all costs, with no hidden fees. • The district reserves the right to reject or accept pricing that exceeds the established maximum fixed prices.
