Description
The Burke Center is seeking proposals from vendors to provide on-site pharmacy services and pharmacy sublease. The selected vendor will be responsible for managing and fully staffing an on-site pharmacy in two separate locations, providing pharmaceutical services, and leasing two spaces. The contract period will commence on September 1, 2026, and expire on August 31, 2028, with the option to extend or renew for up to four years.
• The vendor must provide a full-time, on-site pharmacist in charge during Burke's operational hours.
• The vendor must provide pharmaceutical services for Burke-paid prescriptions and bill clients' pharmacy benefits when applicable.
• The vendor must utilize pharmaceutical assistance programs and cost savings resources to ease financial demands on Burke's budget.
• The vendor must maintain bi-directional interface with Burke's Electronic Health Record for e-scripts.
• The vendor must provide prior authorization for prescription support and services.
• The vendor must provide emergency and after-hours medication as requested.
