Description
The Township of Evesham is seeking a qualified construction inspection/management firm to provide comprehensive project‑management and inspection services for its capital‑improvement programs throughout 2026. The vendor will be responsible for everything from pre‑design planning, permitting, and grant work to on‑site construction inspection, bond administration, and post‑construction close‑out for road, recreation, and other municipal projects exceeding $1 million annually. The contract is a single‑year, quality‑based award with a mandatory fee proposal and strict billing requirements.
• Provide full‑service project planning, design review, cost estimating, and scope development for each assignment.
• Conduct surveys, GIS mapping, environmental compliance (wetlands, archaeology, endangered species, Pinelands Commission) and manage permits.
• Inspect residential, commercial, and municipal construction, manage performance bonds, and coordinate labor/resources including union and municipal staff.
• Apply for and administer road‑improvement grants; serve as technical advisor to Council and Manager.
• Deliver all services under NJ licensing requirements, with detailed hourly invoicing and prior approval for travel expenses.
