Description
DeKalb Public Health is seeking a qualified vendor to provide graphic design services to support REACH LEAD DeKalb's strategies around physical activity, nutrition, and healthy family weight. The scope of work includes designing flyers, infographics, brochures, social media graphics, and event materials, as well as developing easy-to-understand visuals that communicate healthy behaviors. The vendor will work closely with program staff to ensure visuals are accessible, inclusive, and impactful.
• The contract will be for a period of one year with the possibility of four additional annual renewals.
• The vendor will be required to provide a cost proposal and certify that they have not been debarred, suspended, or declared ineligible by any federal department or agency.
• The vendor will be responsible for maintaining a drug-free workplace and complying with all applicable laws and regulations.
• The contract will be awarded to the most responsive and responsible bidder, with price being a significant factor in the evaluation process.
