Calibration PMI Services VANMHCS

The Department of Veterans Affairs is seeking information from potential contractors to provide annual calibration services and routine technical support for VA-owned equipment at the VA New Mexico Healthcare System. The services include calibration of various equipment such as calipers, scales, balances, pressure gauges, micrometers, torque testers, and humidity meters. The contractor will be required to provide all necessary parts, materials, supplies, equipment, qualified personnel, labor, transportation, and access to calibrate the government-owned equipment. • The period of performance is expected to be for one base year plus up to four option years. • The contractor will be required to provide a capability statement and an informal quote for the services. • The government may extend the term of the contract by written notice to the contractor within 30 days of the annual expiration date. • The contractor will be required to work during normal work hours, and after-hours work must be approved by the Contracting Officer's Representative (COR).
