Budget estimate

$1,350,000 – $2,700,000

The budget for this project can be estimated based on the scope of work and the type of contract. Since it's a Firm-Fixed-Price construction contract, the budget will be a fixed amount. The project involves renovating approximately 13,508 square feet of basement space, which is a significant project. Assuming an average cost per square foot of $100-200, the total cost of the project could be around $1.35-2.7 million. However, this is a rough estimate and the actual budget could be higher or lower, depending on various factors such as the complexity of the project, the materials and labor required, and the contractor's overhead and profit. Factors that may influence the likely payment range include the contractor's experience and reputation, the quality of the materials and workmanship, and the project's timeline and deadline.
