Description
The Alabama Department of Public Health is seeking a qualified transportation provider to shuttle 50‑100 attendees between the Crampton Bowl parking lot and the Alabama State House on June 12, 2026. The contractor must supply a vehicle with a visible sign, operate on a defined schedule, and ensure minimal interruption to participants.
• Pickup at 9:30 a.m. from Crampton Bowl (220 Hall St., Montgomery) and transport to the State House (11th South Union St., Montgomery) – service ends at 11:00 a.m. or when all attendees are delivered.
• Return trip departs the State House at 12:30 p.m. and delivers all participants back to the Crampton Bowl location.
• Vehicle must be capable of safely carrying 50‑100 individuals in a single trip or multiple trips with minimal downtime.
• Supplier must be registered in Alabama Buys, comply with E‑Verify, sales‑tax, and other state procurement requirements, and provide a visible sign on the automobile.
