Description
The City of Charlotte Aviation Department seeks a qualified vendor to host, maintain, and continuously enhance its public‑facing website (cltairport.com) and associated iOS and Android mobile applications. The work includes providing a cloud‑based content‑management system, integrating numerous third‑party data feeds (flight information, security‑wait times, parking, loyalty, weather, etc.), ensuring WCAG 2.1 AA accessibility and PCI‑DSS compliance, delivering monthly performance reporting, and offering comprehensive training and documentation. The contract is for a three‑year term with a 12‑month warranty and ongoing maintenance thereafter, billed annually.
• Provide and manage a CMS (currently Contentful) for web and mobile content.
• Maintain and expand integrations with flight data, security‑wait times, parking/payment systems, loyalty programs, weather, maps, and chatbot services.
• Deliver accessibility‑compliant, secure, and high‑availability digital experiences, plus monthly performance metrics and training for CLT staff.
• Follow a phased implementation plan with milestone payments, a 12‑month warranty, and annual maintenance invoicing.
