Description
The State of West Virginia, Attorney General's Office is seeking a vendor to provide software maintenance and support for their existing Juris billing, accounting, and financial management software. The contract includes maintenance for 70 users, as well as a Response Center Service Plan Monthly Billing - GOLD. The scope of work includes providing software maintenance and support, as well as responding to customer inquiries and issues. Key features of the contract include:
