Power Washing for COR Parking Decks 2026

The City of Raleigh is seeking proposals from qualified firms to power wash the interior areas of several parking decks. The work includes all labor, materials, equipment, transportation, and supervision necessary to clean the interior of the parking decks, including vehicle drive lanes, parking stalls, walls, walkways, stairwells, and landings. The power washing is intended to remove dirt, debris, fluids, oil buildup, lubricants, and stains. Wastewater resulting from the power washing must be reclaimed or recovered and disposed of in accordance with the City of Raleigh's Stormwater Management Plan. Key aspects of the job include: • Power washing all levels of the parking facilities • Power washing all drive paths, entrance ways, parking stalls, interior doors, interior stairwells, and landings • Providing all labor, materials, equipment, supervision, transportation, and other staff and/or supplies necessary to perform power washing and wastewater disposal • Ensuring equipment is capable of maintaining pressure and temperature to remove stains and debris • Complying with all applicable laws, ordinances, codes, rules, regulations, safety standards, and licensing requirements
