Description
The United States Department of Agriculture (USDA) is seeking a contractor to install 3M s80 clear security film on 176 window panels at the Southern Horticultural Research Unit in Poplarville, MS. The project requires the installation of blast film on windows to meet basic spec requirements. The contractor must provide a fully answered Exhibit A, documented experience, and pricing for the project. The period of performance will be 60 days after award.
• The contractor must install the film on 176 window panels at ground level.
• The contractor must meet the GSA Mitigation ratings of entry level 3M s80 clear security film.
• The contractor must provide two recent and relevant references for similar work.
• The contractor must submit pricing using the first page of the SF 1449.
• The contractor must comply with all applicable Federal anti-discrimination laws and the Equal Protection principles of the U.S. Constitution.
