Description
The Baltimore City Public Schools are seeking a qualified entity to provide Building Automation System (BAS) installation, maintenance, and repair services. The scope of work includes providing recurring service support, system stabilization, supervisory platform governance, lifecycle coordination, and procurement compliance across the district's BAS platforms. The entity will be responsible for performing tasks such as preventive maintenance, alarm review and correction, system health validation, and backup verification. The contract will have a duration of 12 months, with the option for renewal. The entity will be required to provide a detailed proposal outlining their experience, qualifications, and approach to providing the required services.
