Description
The State of Michigan, Department of Natural Resources, is seeking a contractor to provide portable toilet rental services at Belle Isle State Park. The contractor will be responsible for providing and maintaining portable toilets at the park. The contract will be awarded to the responsive and responsible bidder who offers the best value to the State. The evaluation process will consider factors such as the bidder's experience, pricing, and ability to meet the State's requirements.
• The RFP includes a detailed timeline for the proposal submission and evaluation process.
• The State reserves the right to modify the RFP, disqualify bidders, and negotiate with one or more bidders.
• The contract will be for a period of 180 calendar days from the date of submission, and the State may consider the economic impact of the proposal, including location of work, employment of Michigan residents, and investment in Michigan.
• The State may also consider the total cost of ownership, such as transition or training costs.
