Notice of Intent to Noncompetitively procure Pitney Bowes meter rental, equipment maintenance, and FedRAMP/GovCloud - Cloud solution

The Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) intends to negotiate and award a sole source contract to Pitney Bowes Inc. for the procurement of Pitney Bowes SendPro 360 Tier 2 FedRAMP Cloud Solution, along with monthly USPS meter rental and equipment maintenance for the already procured six Pitney Bowes P2000 Mailing Machines. The contract will have a base period of April 01, 2026 through March 31, 2027, plus one 6-month option. The scope of work includes the provision of a FedRAMP authorized Outbound and Inbound Mail Tracking Cloud Solution for the USPS metered mail machines. • The contract is for a cloud solution and equipment maintenance for mailing machines. • The solution must be FedRAMP authorized. • The contract has a base period and an option for extension. • The NRC is procuring this solution for their mailing needs.
