Kong Enterprise Renewal Subscription

The Maryland Health Benefit Exchange is seeking bids for the renewal of its Kong Enterprise subscription for a period of 12 months. The vendor shall provide the subscription, including support, gateway services, API requests, and Dev Portal. The contract will be a firm fixed price contract, and the MHBE reserves the right to cancel the IFB, accept or reject any and all bids, and waive or permit cure of minor irregularities. Key requirements include: • Providing the Kong Enterprise subscription for a duration of 12 months • Offering platinum support, including initial response times and SLAs • Submitting bids and required attachments in pdf format to eMMA • Completing the bid form and attachments, including the bid/proposal affidavit and federal funds attachment • Agreeing to the terms and conditions of the IFB, including the contract and any addenda.
