Description
The Nevada Air National Guard is seeking a contractor to provide three electric suspended unit heaters and installation services in the base gym, building 67. The contractor will be responsible for furnishing all labor, supplies, parts, transportation, tools, equipment, permits, and inspections necessary to complete the project. The quote should include a part number, description, product data, delivery lead time, installation time, and price. The contractor will also be required to design the new panel and conduit scope and submit it to the Contracting Officer's Representative (COR) for approval.
• The project is under federal jurisdiction, and permitting is typically not required.
• The contractor can choose to provide stamped engineering or serve as the engineer of record.
• The requirement is subject to Service Contract Labor Standards, and the wage determination is posted on SAM.
• The contractor will be required to size the units based on room dimensions and other applicable characteristics.
• There are no preferred manufacturer or model requirements.
• The existing electrical service available to Building 67 is 120/208V, 225A.
