RFQC for General Contracting Services and Professional Trades

Invest Atlanta is soliciting qualifications from licensed and experienced professional trade contractors to establish a preferred vendor pool for use in future projects involving the construction, renovation, and build-out of commercial spaces. The scope of services includes general contracting services, architectural and design services, specialty trades, and due diligence services. The selected contractors will be required to provide services for various project types, including affordable housing, mixed-use developments, commercial buildouts, adaptive reuse developments, and large renovations or capital improvement projects. The contractors will be evaluated based on their company and team qualifications, relevant experience, technical approach, financial qualifications, and proposed methodology. • General Contracting Services: overall management and execution of construction projects • Architectural & Design Services: professional planning, design, and documentation of buildings and structures • Specialty Trades: licensed and skilled services such as electrical, plumbing, HVAC, roofing, masonry, and carpentry • Due Diligence Services: third-party reports typically required for real estate transactions
