Environmental Node Instrumentation for Acoustic data Collection (ENIAC) System

The Naval Supply Systems Command (NAVSUP) Fleet Logistics Center (FLC) Norfolk Contracting Department is soliciting small businesses to provide an Environmental Node Instrumentation for Acoustic data Collection (ENIAC) system. The system consists of hydrophone recorders, sensors, buoys, transponders, and dedicated laptops. The contractor shall deliver the system within 9 months of contract award. • The system must meet specific salient characteristics, including input channel, external connector, analog input bandwidth, sampling rate, and dynamic range. • The contractor shall provide documentation, including datasheets, user manuals, and communications protocol documentation. • The contractor shall deliver the system to the Naval Oceanographic Office (NAVOCEANO) in Stennis Space Center, MS. • The contract will be issued on a firm-fixed-price basis.
