ONR CAMIS Recompete

The Office of Naval Research (ONR) is issuing a Request for Information/Sources Sought to assess market capability for a potential follow‑on task order supporting the Contract Award Management Information System (CAMIS). The future contract will be a single‑award, firm‑fixed‑price, level‑of‑effort IDIQ lasting up to five years (potentially up to ten) and will require Secret‑level cleared U.S. personnel. Work will be performed under an Agile development model and will cover program management, system development, operations & maintenance, information assurance, and training/documentation. • Provide a capability statement (≤1 page) with organization details, small‑business certifications, and applicable IDIQ vehicles (e.g., GSA OASIS, Navy Seaport). • Respond to government‑specified questions (≤10 pages) covering past performance, cleared‑personnel processes, and compliance (SAM, VETS‑4212, NIST 800‑171, CMMC). • Key technical environment: .NET (C#), Windows Server/IIS, Oracle Database, RedHat Linux, CAC authentication, EDI/XML interfaces (PPS, WAWF, DLATS/GEX). • Security: All staff must be U.S. citizens with active Secret clearance; DD 254 will apply. • Submission deadline: 0900 ET, 28 Aug 2026 via email to Vivian Truman.
