400G Optical Network Upgrade Installation and Commissioning

The US Air Force is seeking information from interested parties for the 400G Optical Network Upgrade Installation and Commissioning project. The project requires professional services to install and commission Government-Furnished Equipment (GFE) into the existing network infrastructure at Langley Air Force Base, Virginia. The contractor shall provide all project management, personnel, labor, equipment, tools, and technical expertise necessary to perform the installation, configuration, testing, and integration of government-furnished 400G optical networking equipment. • The project involves the installation of Cisco Network Convergence System 2006 Series (NCS2K) Dense Wavelength Division Multiplexing (DWDM) nodes and 400G Transponder Modules. • The contractor must have experience and ability to provide 400G Optical Network Upgrade Installation and Commissioning services. • The contractor must have technical and financial abilities to meet the requirements of a program of this magnitude. • The contractor must be able to manage and integrate subcontract efforts. • The Government plans to consider all information submitted in response to this Sources Sought Notice.
