Description
The Brookhaven Science Associates (BSA) is seeking proposals from qualified offerors to administer and manage its Relocation Assistance Program. The selected contractor will provide comprehensive domestic, international, and temporary change of station relocation services. The key aspects of the job include relocation planning, travel coordination, household goods movement, temporary lodging, home sale and purchase assistance, financial administration, regulatory compliance, reporting, and employee support.
• The relocation services will include domestic, international, and post-doctoral relocation assistance packages.
• The estimated annual volume is 140 relocations.
• The distribution of relocations among service categories is unknown and will be based on the laboratory's actual requirements during contract performance.
• The contract will be for a base year and four option years.
• The proposal must include a technical proposal, business/price proposal, and proposal pricing sheet.
