Washington Technology Solutions (WaTech) seeks qualified broadband Internet Service Providers to deliver and maintain ISP services at numerous state‑wide sites. Vendors must already have a signed Network Services Agreement and the applicable Broadband ISP Technical Addendum with WaTech. The work includes installing fiber or copper infrastructure, providing the required download bandwidth, meeting guaranteed install intervals, and supplying all associated materials and labor. Pricing is submitted via a detailed Cost Model (Excel) that captures non‑recurring and recurring charges for each site, and firms are evaluated on combined cost and timeline scores.
