Description
The Center for Nanophase Materials Sciences at Oak Ridge National Laboratory (ORNL) is seeking a firm fixed price proposal for a plasma treatment system, including a HPT-200 Bench-top Plasma Unit, an OP-1 Dual Gas Inlet Option, and an OP-4 Slow Ventilation Kit. The system is intended for research purposes only. The proposal should include a firm fixed price quote, a completed and signed copy of the attached representations and certifications, and any exceptions taken to the terms and conditions.
• The system must meet the requirements specified in the attached Bill of Materials.
