Saint Mary’s County Public Schools (SMCPS) is issuing a one‑year RFQ to obtain price quotes for a broad range of door‑related hardware and accessories (ADA‑compliant hardware, automatic operators, access‑control components, fire‑rated doors, lock cylinders, etc.) to be supplied on an as‑needed basis at multiple school sites. The contract may be renewed up to four additional one‑year periods, with price adjustments tied to CPI‑W. Vendors must provide catalogues, warranties, and itemized pricing, and must meet extensive insurance, indemnification, and background‑check requirements. Delivery is FOB destination during normal school‑day hours; non‑stock items require prior approval.
