Description
The State Highway Administration in Princess Anne, MD requires a vendor to service and repair the pressure washer systems on-site. This will include quarterly preventative maintenance, repair calls as needed, delivery of chemicals, and replacing worn or broken parts. The contract will be awarded to the responsible bidder submitting a responsive bid with the most favorable bid price. The bidder must have three years of experience in providing maintenance, inspections, and repair work on industrial high-pressure hot water washer systems and have a minimum of two experienced full-time service technicians with three years of experience.
• The scope of work includes quarterly preventative maintenance and service for Hotsy 1453P and Landa VLP4-30021 pressure washer units.
• The contractor shall respond to repair service calls within 72 hours after notification.
• The contractor shall provide qualified service technicians to perform the work.
• The contractor shall keep the premises free from accumulation of waste materials or rubbish caused by its operations.
• The contractor shall maintain a stocked service truck with incidental materials, supplies, tools, ladders, and equipment.
• The contractor shall provide preventative maintenance and repair services in accordance with accepted industry standards and manufacturers' recommendations.
