The U.S. Navy is soliciting a 100 % Service‑Disabled Veteran‑Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) set‑aside firm to provide technical and professional support services for the Mid‑Atlantic Regional Maintenance Center (MARMC) in Norfolk, VA. The effort will be performed under the SeaPort‑NxG Multiple‑Award IDIQ, using a firm‑fixed‑price level‑of‑effort structure with monthly labor rates for a total of 46 required full‑time equivalents across many labor categories (quality assurance, logistics, engineering technicians, schedule analysis, public affairs, security administration, etc.). Work is performed on‑site at MARMC facilities and as‑needed aboard Navy ships, with a base period of six months and up to four one‑year options (total possible performance ~5 years).
