Description
The US Air Force is soliciting quotes for the replacement of carpet in Building 308 at Laughlin AFB. The contract will be awarded to the responsible offeror whose quote is most advantageous to the government, based on price and other factors. The scope of work includes the removal of existing carpet, installation of new carpet, and all necessary materials and labor. Key requirements for the quote include the carpet company, style, and price of carpet, adhesive material, and labor. The quote must also include a description of the Commercial Line Item Number (CLIN) and price per attachment 3, as well as any applicable prompt payment discounts and terms.
• The carpet must be either Aero Jetstream or Sky Dusk - Kinetic Collection carpet from Static Smart.
• The quote must be valid until September 30, 2026.
• The offeror must provide contact information for the individual authorized to provide pricing information.
• The offeror must provide their Commercial and Government Entity (CAGE) code for the System for Award Management (SAM).
• An optional site visit will be made available on July 17, 2026, at 11:00 AM (CDT).
