The Housing Authority of the City of Milwaukee is seeking professional consulting services to design, plan, permit, and administer construction for multiple public‑housing development projects across various sites. The solicitation covers a broad spectrum of disciplines—including architecture, land‑planning, civil, structural, mechanical/electrical/plumbing engineering, geotechnical, landscape architecture, lighting studies, traffic consulting, wetland delineation, energy rating, commissioning, and cost estimating—allowing the authority to award separate contracts for each specialty.
