SCADA System Software Modifications

Clemson University is seeking bids to provide software/programming modifications for the SCADA system, including all server/controller, network, and workstation software modifications to implement visualization, maintenance, configuration, virtualization, control, historical trending, historical and event logging, and other features. The project involves the design, programming, testing, and delivery of SCADA system services, as well as the required Supplier's Field Services. The scope of work includes five distinct line items: SCADA system software modifications, SCADA system design, programming and factory testing, Supplier's Field Services, unit pricing for additional day(s) of Field Service Engineer duties, and maintenance service agreement. The project requires the supplier to provide software modifications, design, programming, and testing, as well as field services, training, and maintenance. The supplier must also have knowledge of industry standards and regulations, such as UL, FM, ARI, and other similar organizations.
