Description
The State of Nevada, Treasurer's Office - Unclaimed Property is seeking a vendor to provide unclaimed property securities custodian services. The contract is expected to start on 09/01/2022 and end on 08/31/2026. The vendor will be responsible for providing custodian services for unclaimed property securities. The solicitation includes several attachments, such as a letter of intent, cost schedule, and proposed staff resume.
• The vendor must respond as detailed in the RFP included on the Attachments Tab.
• The vendor must provide banking services, as described in the NIGP code 946-25.
• The vendor must comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including NRS 333.700 and NRS 600A.030.
• The vendor must maintain confidentiality of appropriately labeled proprietary information regarding a trade secret as defined in NRS 600A.030.
