HVAC and Plumbing Parts and Equipment

This Request for Proposal (RFP) is for the provision of HVAC and plumbing parts and equipment to support the operation, maintenance, and performance of facilities used by 1GPA Members. The scope of work includes a comprehensive range of commercial, industrial, and residential HVAC and plumbing components. The awarded contractor(s) will be required to provide a broad and diverse selection of products, reliable supply channels, and technical support. • The RFP is open to all qualified offerors. • The contract will be awarded based on the evaluation criteria, including cost and pricing structure, product offering and availability, experience and expertise, ordering and account management, and value-added offerings. • The contract will be for a period of time to be determined, with options for renewal. • The contractor will be required to provide warranty services and support.
