The General Services Administration (GSA) is seeking a small‑business‑only, firm‑fixed‑price contractor to provide HVAC support services for the Regional Infrastructure Center (RIC) located in the GSA Region 8 office in Denver, Colorado. The effort is a three‑year contract (base year 9/30/2026‑9/29/2027 with two one‑year options) covering preventive maintenance, repair, and parts support for Liebert‑branded HVAC equipment under the Revolutionary FAR Overhaul (RFO) Part 12 brand‑name requirement. The award will be made to the lowest technically acceptable offer (LPTA) and will be a single‑award purchase order.
